We've spent the last 10 years building a successful business from scratch with no outside financial backing, and the last 18 months have seen us grow by more than 54%, with offices in the US (New York), London and Germany. Business is booming! Excellent retention means that we can focus predominantly on growing our business organically, but occasionally we'll look externally to find additional talent, and we are currently seeking experienced recruiters looking for something really exciting and fresh. THE ROLE:
As an experienced recruiter, you will be involved in all aspects of the staffing process. From generating new business with clients, to identifying the talent needed to fill their roles. Much of our business is built on long term relationships and we would require you to continue developing these relationships as well as producing new ones. Harnham is a very specialist staffing organization, so expect to focus on a specific skill set, in a specific location. We believe that being an expert in your market helps you and your client to fill vacancies as quickly and effectively as possible.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Our most successful consultants all have genuine drive, ambition and hunger. They are resilient and stay motivated to achieve the personal and career goals they are constantly striving to achieve. To us this is the most important requirement! We're looking for outgoing people who can bring this drive, but who can also demonstrate that their existing approach to recruitment has already yielded significant success for them - in terms of billing, delivery and effective relationship building.
